• Recurring Charges: Ongoing services such as monthly social media management or content creation will be billed at the beginning of each month, with payment due within 30 days.
• Late Payment: Interest on overdue invoices will be charged in line with the statutory right under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, accruing daily.
• Payment Disputes: Should there be any dispute concerning invoicing, clients must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the invoice.

Upon full compensation, you will own the copyright to the final delivered content. However, Let’s Get Famous retains the right to use any work for our own promotional purposes, such as in portfolios, in marketing materials, and on our website, unless specifically agreed otherwise.

• Client Cancellation: Should you decide to cancel the services, please notify us in writing. Any work already completed up to the date of cancellation will be invoiced as per the initial agreed-upon scope of work.
